The Marketing Support Specialist has a deep knowledge of our clients and a strong understanding of the marketing tools and tactics at our disposal to achieve success within our focused projects. They execute client-approved strategies serving as the backbone of marketing at BOI. You are a strong verbal and written communicator, you are technical with the ability to distill data and analytics to solve problems and achieve success for our clients.

Domain (accountabilities & role clarity)

  • Serves as marketing support for BOI Marketing & client teams
  • Responsible for writing & assembling content & digital assets to support the tactical execution of marketing campaigns
  • Executes weekly social media posts and evaluates client channels for weekly boosting
  • Writes & builds client's emails and newsletters in preparation for BOI internal review and execution
  • Provide weekly reporting on client scorecards, emails, client programs, and survey results
  • Implements client's website audits & updates ensuring information is updated as requested
  • Assists the brand team in client e-learning course setup
  • Supports the brand team and brand team clients in one-off marketing requests that require attention to detail and timeliness.
